PHEW!
We made it! We survived our latest convention. We attented Chibi Japan Weekend in Madrid this past weekend. And it was so amazing!
We shared a booth with Edeiel and while she was selling her amazing hama beads creations (she's a pro!), we had Midnight Hunters and other stuff for sale! We made Phone straps, bookmarks and we offered chibi commissions for 3€ (and it was a total success!)

I'm the one with the furry hat!

Panda & Ede

It was reaaaally cold, but as so mane people came visit, we were heated up by their love (AWWWN). Some friends came to see us, too, so we didn't had time to get bored!.
I'm so glad I got tons of commissions, because I urgently needed a new wacom as mine is totally werecked up! But I can now get a new one with the earnings we got selling chibis, bookmarks and books! YAY!

Kama drawing drawing drawing...
As I said, we offered custom chibis for only 3€ (that's around 4$?) and I got so many orders I wasn't able to finish them all! I had to make a planning on Sunday because on Saturday I was so buried in commissions that I had lunch at 5 pm!

You want a chibi? We draw you favourite character for only 3€!
I could not take a pic of everyone of them, but I managed to get some photos before the commissions took their pics with them :)

Taiga and Minene from Toradora! and Mirai Nikki

Katniss from the Hunger Games and a couple of original characters I made for a lovely girl

Lina Inverse and Marin from Slayers and Saint Seiya

L and Deidara, from Death Note and Naruto
Some of my commissioners wanted me to make portraits of them in chibi shape or wearing japanese clothes

There was so many people I could hardly believe they had to keep attendants outside because the place's capacity was exceeded!

But luckily we had time to fool around and get pics of some awesome cosplays!

Ezio from Assasins Creed and Sphintus Carmen + Sherezade Alexius from Magi<3

This Link was amazing!! She put a led inside her Navy and it beamed!
And despite of being sooo busy, we also had time to fool aroud a bit!

Kama Says FUS RO DAH!

PHEW, I'm so tired. It's monday and I need some rest already! Attending cons is amazing and fun, but exhausting, too!XD

Before the placecs opens to the attendees, everything's so quiet and niceXD
We (Edeiel, my hubby and I) were in Japan weekend, and with our own booth, too! Well, techinically, Panda was at Ludo Ergo Sum, one of the most important RPG Conventions in Spain while Edeiel and I were selling our stuff in Japan Weekend.
We met amazing people and we made some new friends. This was a really nice experience and although it was really hot in there and it was so fucking crowded (what do you expect from a manganime convention, duh?) it was so fun. Thanks so much to everyone who went to see us in there, really! I was amazed to see that many people came only to get a copy of Midnight Hunters, and I even get people like "hey, you're the author, right? I think you could improve this and that" and I love it because they always tell me constructive critiques with the best of intentions and well, if they do it's because they liked it! (they actually tell me so, too!) And I feel so happy for all the support, really T^T

The ghost hand is Ede's XDDD And you can see how crowded it was!
My friend Edeiel was selling her hamabead cute stuff and plushies. She worked so hard she even took her iron with her so she could keep doing straps and keychains. People adored them and she ran out of things very quickly !!

Me, working
I also offered custom chibis for 3€ and it was a total success! I'll do it again in the next con, and I'll make sure I take enough paper with me, because I ran out of it and had to stop taking commissions. I couldn't take pics of some of them (a Ryuuk, a Strawberry panic one, another one from Inazuma Eleven, and a chibi I made specially for a girl that wanted me to "chibizy" her...). I've got to get a refill for my N7 copic as I ran out of it. But it was great, so many people coming to ask me for a chibi. I even got peiple like "hey hey , is that you, the one that draws chibis??" LOL. Sometimes I had a lot of people watching me work, I was nervous but I actually loved it! <3 And the laughs. The funny part is that of course, I was selling my doujinshi. It's Yaoi and I put a red sign warning about it and actually many people was like "OMG, the girl on the cover is so beautiful!" or "...ew Yaoi.....*opens book and read*". A girl grabbed one and had a look and said, totally serious "This is not as crappy as I though"...I was like UGHXDDD But I laughed later on. XD

It was full of experiences and I'll learn so I can keep it on and go to as many cons as I can, really. I loved it!
